Enrollment may be taken by phone, e-mail or snail-mail.

$50 non-refundable deposit at time of enrollment (a 72 hour waiting period is given to cancel w/ full refund if you change your mind, Federal law!) Your seat will not be held until your deposit is received. If your postmark predates another enrollment and your seat is no longer available, you will receive priority.
Balance must be paid in full no later than 7 calendar days prior to class start day. After this point your seat will be awarded to the next in line on the waiting list or if confirmed enrollment is not sufficient, class may be cancelled. Adherence to this policy is a must to avoid unnecessary inconvenience, monetary loss or lapse of another therapist’s license.
If cancellation is made within the first 72 hours of enrollment a full refund will be made.
If cancellation is made after the initial 72 hours but prior to the 7 th day before the first day of class, a refund less the deposit will be made and postmarked no later than 15 calendar days after written cancellation.
If you find that you are unable to attend a class that you have placed a deposit on, you may request a transfer to another class that is scheduled within the calendar year without sacrifice of your deposit. This transfer MUST be made no later than the 7 th calendar day before the start of the original class enrollment.
Date verification of written notice will be made by postmark or e-mail date mark. A phone call in advance to notify me of your written request is always beneficial and appreciated; however, as verbal conversations tend to leave room for misunderstanding and are non-verifiable, I prefer written notification of transfers and cancellations. We all have life circumstances that create havoc with our plans, however, last minute cancellations and no-shows are a loss to you, the instructor and other students expecting the class. Failure to keep your obligation harms everyone. As a result, no exceptions to the cancellation policy can be made. All students will be held responsible for their attendance, studies and fiscal responsibilities.
